Summary

This means that if you willingly and openly provide your advice/opinion or aid on a subject dealing with the development of Anphillia (Posting or submitting a script, code segment, or idea regarding any of the above or applicable piece of intellectual property) that you do so without seeking to retain your rights to that piece of whatever it is you submit.

All the developers currently on staff at Anphillia have agreed unconditionally to this same license and it is, in truth, in the best interest of Anphillia.

Legal mumbo-jumbo aside, it simply means that if you offer your expertise, you cannot turn around and claim it as your intellectual property under any circumstances. Thereby meaning, if you submit something in a PM to a staff member, or on the feedback or general discussion forums, you are knowingly and willingly GIVING this to the Anphillia community. Which is really the only reason anyone would post anything like that in the first place, this just protects us in the future Laughing.

If you have a problem with these terms, I recommend not responding to feedback forums where you feel your submission may be integrated into the module.

Ignorance of THIS announcement does not excuse you from its applicability, and is hereby to be considered in the Terms/Usage agreement for these forums.

This is also subject to moderate tweakage and change from time to time - We'll give a bump if that happens, but said moderate tweakage and change does not nullify the original agreement when posting.
